James Bair, 44

James L. Bair, 44, Newton, died Nov. 15, 2013. Visitation was held Nov. 22 at Hamilton Funeral Home, Des Moines.

James Lee Bair was born May 10, 1969, in Grinnell. He graduated from Newton High School in 1988.

He married Janet Faught Sept. 19, 2012. They were married one year.

He worked for River Bend Industries, Victor, and enjoyed ATVs, guns, Mustangs and loved “The Dukes of Hazard.”

He will be remembered for loving his family to the end.

Bair is survived by his wife; his grandmother, Helen Bair; his mother, Marilyn Weisskopf; his father, Clarence Bair Jr.; one brother, Clint Bair; one sister, Janet (Jody) Gideon; nephews, Derek and Brandon Gideon, and niece, Jenelle Gideon.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Clarence Bair Sr., Lester Weisskopf and Grace Weisskopf.
