ETHEL M. BAIR, 94, died Thursday in English Valley Care Center, North English. Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Keswick United Methodist Church. Burial: White Pidgeon Cemetery near North English. Friends may call after 3 p.m. today at Powell Funeral Home, North English.

Survivors include a son, Ward of New Sharon; four daughters, Gladys Spence of Denver, Colorado, Ellen Bauer of North English, Loretta Shaull of Keswick and Evelyn Claypool of Moutain Home, Arkansas; and a sister, Lydia Bakehouse of Sigourney.
