Miss Mary White Called In Death Thurs., Aug. 21

Final Rites Saturday, One Sister, Nieces And Nephews Among Survivors

Miss Mary White, ill for three and one half years, passed away at her home at one o'clock Thursday morning, August 21. The immediate cause of her death was pneumonia. She had attained the age of 81 years, 8 months and 24 days.

Funeral services were held at nine o'clock Saturday morning at St. Mary's church with Rev. J. J. Gaule as celebrant of the reuiem high mass. St. Mary's choir sang the responses and Mrs. Marcus O'Donnell was the soloist. Interment was in St. Mary's cemetery with six neighbors serving as pall bearers. They were Howard Frick, Elmer Jacobs, James Walsh, Frederick Faltinson, Olin Helgeson and Grant Olsen.

Mary Terese White, a daughter of Peter and Sarah Conroy White, was born November 28, 1865, in Hilton township. She never married and continued as a homemaker, living with her sisters near Conroy until her death. She is survived by one sister, Nellie White of Williamsburg; three nephews, Earle White of Williamsburg, John Edward, Ida Grove, Morrell White, Omaha, Neb.; four nieces, Belle M. White and Mrs. Edward R. Tiedebohl, Chicago, Ill., Mrs. Charles Fitzpatrick, Danbury and Sarah Alien White of Williamstown, Mass.

Four brothers, John C., James A., Mathew M., Peter P., and one sister, Sarah C. White, preceded her in death.
