THELMA LIVINGSTON, 86

Funeral services for Thelma M. Livingston, 86, Williamsburg, were held at 10am Tuesday, Dec. 26, at First Presbyterian Church, Williamsburg. She died Saturday, Dec. 23, 1995, at her home following a sudden illness.

The Rev. Richard Jennings officiated at the service.

Burial was in Oak Hill Cemetery, Williamsburg. Casket bearers were Greg Moon, Doug Moon, Jeff Doehrmann, Dick Munson, Paul Moon, Mike Doehrmann, Steve Doehrmann, Rob Livingston and Doug Livingston.

Memorials may be given to the First United Presbyterian Church renovation fund.

Thelma Mae Livingston was born Oct. 24, 1909, near Williamsburg in Pilot Township, the daughter of Samuel and Helen Mae Thomas Roberts. She attended rural Williamsburg schools.

She married Eugene Freeman in 1931. He died in 1936.

She married Edward Livingston in 1938. He died in 1961.

She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Williamsburg.

Livingston is survived by three sons, Bruce Freeman and wife Bonnie, Jasper, Ga.; Tom Livingston and wife Diane, Iowa City and Garth Livingston and wife Mary, Williamsburg; three daughters, Dorothy Hulgan, Ankeny; Jean Doehrmann and husband Ron, and Fran Munson, all Williamsburg; two stepsons Eugene and Dean Livingston, California; three stepdaughters, Iola Weekly, Newhall; Leona Klever and Joyce Stangland, both Williamsburg, along with numerous grand, great-grand and great-great-grandchildren.

In addition to her husbands, she was preceded in death by her parents; an infant son; one stepson, Melvin; two brothers, Burton and Harold, and one great-granddaughter.
