Vianna E. Langley, nee Brink, 95, of Belleville, Ill., formerly of Williamsburg, Iowa, born Aug. 3, 1914, in Ainsworth, Neb., entered her eternal rest on Monday, Jan. 4, 2010, at St. Paul's Home in Belleville, Ill.
In 1949, Mrs. Langley, along with her husband, Leo, moved to Iowa, where they owned a jewelry shop in Williamsburg until their retirement in 1978. Vianna attended St. Paul's Methodist Church in Williamsburg, Iowa, and later, upon moving to Belleville in 1998, attended Union United Methodist Church.
Vianna was preceded in death by her husband, Leo E. Langley, whom she married on April 23, 1938, in Harviell, Mo.; her parents, Fred and Lydia, nee Uphoff, Brink; an infant brother, Raymond; five brothers, Howard, Irvin, Clarence, Harold and Wesley Brink; and a great-niece, Kristine Brink.
Surviving are her nephews, Fred Brink, David Brink, Howard Brink Jr., Stephen Brink and Richard Brink; four nieces, Dixie Cassady, Janie Root, Sharon Klein and Beth Mahkovtz; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.
