Betty Jean Kennedy, 45
Betty Jean Kennedy, wife of Milo R. Kennedy, a Cedar Rapids resident 26 years, was born March 15, 1924 at North English. She was married Feb. 15, 1942 at Lancaster, Mo.

Mrs. Kennedy was a member of Westminster Presbyterian church and died Tuesday at the age of 45 years.

Surviving in addition to her husband, are a daughter, Linda Durr and two sons, Don and Dale Kennedy, all of Cedar Rapids; four grandchildren; her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Vic Van Dyke of North English; two sisters, Maxine Hinnah of Sigourney, and Dorothy O'Rear of Oxford, Calif., and four brothers: Gerold and Jim Baugh, both of Cedar Rapids, Don Van Dyke of North English and Lawrence Baugh of Amana.

Memorial services were held at the Turner Chapel west at 1:30 p.m. Thursday by John P. Woods. Burial was in Cedar Memorial cemetery.
