Williamsburg-Richard Douglas Sufficool was born April 28, 1963 in Monterey, California, the son of Robert and Betty Sufficool. He graduated from Williamsburg High School in 1981 and attended the University of Iowa School of Business. Rich has resided in Williamsburg, Aberdeen, Washington and the last number of years in Bettendorf. Rich was united in marriage to Aundrea Ray in 1996, they where later divorced. He was a commercial fisherman. Rich enjoyed golfing, fishing and spending time with his children and family. Rich died Saturday, August 19, 2006 in Moline, Ill following a motorcycle accident at the age of 43 years. Rich is survived by a daughter: Amanda Sufficool and son: Zac Sufficool both of Bettendorf; his parents: Robert and Betty Sufficool of Williamsburg, Iowa; a brother: Scott Sufficool and wife Susan Kuchenbaker of Edmonds, Washington; a sister: C. C. Petz of Tiffin; three nephews: Alexander Sufficool, Kellan Petz and Korbin Petz; his grandfather: Robert Sufficool, Sr. of Cedar Rapids. He was preceded in death by his grandparents: George & Libby Seimer, Ed & Mary Miller and Delores Sufficool. Celebration of Life Service will be 1:00 pm Tuesday, August 22, 2006 at the Uhlmann-Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Williamsburg. Visitation will be Monday, August 21, 2006 from 4 to 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Memorials are for his two children.
