Mrs. Henry Querl, 1848 - 1921

Mrs. Henry Querl died Tuesday March 15, at her home in the north part of town after a long period of illness. She was born in Germany in 1848. She and her husband came to America in 1867 and settled in Iowa county, which continued to be their home. To this union fourteen children were born, eleven of whom survive. The
funeral services were held Friday afternoon from the Lutheran church and burial in the family burying ground near Homestead.
