Clarence Warn of Battle Creek Dies
Battle Creek, Feb 16 – Clarence M. Warn was born in Postville, Ia., August 23, 1869, and died at Battle Creek, February 24, 1930, being 61 years of age at the time of his death. He was one of six children, all preceding him in death with the exception of one brother, A. J. Warn, a jeweler at Battle Creek. At the age of twenty he moved with his parents to Crawford County where he lived until 1910, moving from there to a farm west of Battle Creek where he resided until January of this year. Moving to the town of Battle Creek on account of ill health, he succumbed to the malady Monday. He leaves a wife and one brother to mourn his departure. Funeral services were held Wednesday forenoon at the home in Battle Creek with Rev. Fausnaugh in charge and burial was made in the Ida Grove Cemetery.
