It looks like they intended to be buried in Bode but ran into problems for the burial. I located an obituary and dates of birth and death for Anna (Anderson) Temple. Hope this helps.

Editor-Mayor Temple Died Tuesday Morning at BodeJ. F. Temple, editor of the Bode Bugle, mayor of the Town of Bode, and postmaster there until ousted by the present administration, died early Tuesday morning at his home in Bode. Jim, as he was familiarly called by his many friends, had published the Bugle for nearly thirty years. He had held several town offices and was Justice of the Peace for several years. He was well and favorably known in the newspaper circle and was prominent in republican political affairs.
The Temple home was always open to friends and organizations and the hospitality of both Mr. and Mrs. Temple was widely known.
Funeral Services will be held this Thursday afternoon at 1:30 at Skaugstad's funeral home in Humboldt and burial will be made at Bode. It will be a Masonic funeral.
