Funeral Services Today for Miss Tressa Hallstine
Funeral services will be held this morning at the St. John’s Church for Miss Tressa Hallstine, with Father Hugh O’Brien officiating. Miss Hallstine was born May 30, 1860 in Illinois and died at Mercy Hospital, Ft. Dodge at noon Jan 16, 1940. She leaves to mourn her one sister, Mrs. S. E. Love of Gilmore City, four nieces and other relatives. She came to Gilmore about 30 years ago and has been an invalid for the last three years. The cause of death was old age and complications. Paul bearers will be Jim Cain, J. Cain, Bernise Dick, John Rogers, John Hartnett and Ray Sinnett. Interment will be in the St. John’s Cemetery.
