Funeral services were held at Bode for Mrs. Anna Hanson, 93, mother of Art Hanson of Bode. Rev. Norman Johnson conducted the services at St. Olaf Lutheran Church.

Special music was furnished by Mrs. Don Aure, accompanied by Mrs. Engle. Casket bearers were Harold Williams, Oscar Williams, Harry Rutz, Ray Haugen, Harvey Nelson, and Howard Tellier.

Mrs. Hanson was born in Norway September 28, 1875, and passed away at the Humboldt Care Center October 17, 1968. She was married in 1897 to John Hanson, who preceded her in death in 1959.

Survivors include one daughter, Mrs. Olaf Bruvik of Humboldt; five sons, Arthur of Bode, Joe of Nevada, Edward of Owatonna, Minnesota, Carl and Walter of Humboldt; 15 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
