Donna Ketelsen of West Bend died Friday, April 28, 1995 at Palo Alto County Hospital in Emmetsburg. She was 76.

Funeral services for Mrs. Ketelsen were held May 1 at Peace Lutheran Church in West Bend. The Rev. Edward Brandt officiated.

Burial was in the West Bend Cemetery. The Schellhammer-Harris Funeral Home in West Bend was in charge of arrangements.

Donnabelle Ruth (Lansing) Ketelsen was born September 9, 1918 in LuVerne, the daughter of Guy Paul and Anna Luella (Schultz) Lansing. The family moved to Bode when Donna was young. She was raised and received her education in that community, graduating from Bode High School in 1936.

On May 1, 1941, Donna and Arnold Walter Ketelsen were married at Bode. The couple lived and farmed in the West Bend area all of their married lives.

Survivors include her husband Arnold of West Bend; a daughter Mrs. Sherman (Ruth) Meyering of Garner; a son John Ketelsen of West Bend and five grandchildren. Also surviving is a sister, Betty Meyer of Cushing, Oklahoma.

Mrs. Ketelsen was preceded in death by her parents, a sister Virginia and two brothers, Paul and Garman.
