Funeral services for Robert Felix Gullixson were held Saturday, January 15, 1972 in St. Olaf Lutheran Church with the Rev. David Quill of Mount Prospect, IL officiating. Schellhammer Funeral Home of West Bend was in charge.

Robert Felix, son of Orrin and Bertha Lansing Gullixson was born April 11, 1895 at Bode. Here he grew up and received his education. He then attended Estherville Business College and worked in Monterey, MN and then purchased the bank in Rutland.

On June 10, 1916 he was united in marriage to Thora Hanson. She died in 1928 and on January 21, 1933 he married Cleo Aure at Fairmont, MN.

Mr. Gullixson died last Wednesday morning at Bethesda General Hospital, Fort Dodge reaching the age of 76 years. Surviving are his widow, Cleo and one step-son, Garmon Aure of Columbus, GA.

He was a member of St. Olaf Lutheran Church and a member of the Masonic Lodge of Humboldt. He was preceded in death by his parents, one sister and one brother.
