Uncle John Berry of Livermore, died last week and was buried Monday this week. Mr. Berry was an old soldier and the ceremonies of burial were celebrated in the Catholic church, the Major Hutchinson Post, G. A, R. of which he was a member, assisting in the service at the grave.
