I am tracking down a possible lead on my grandfather. Family oral history suggests Charles O. Horton may have been born in Chester, IA Nov. 25 1898. One or more of his siblings, Harold, Clarence, Ruth, George and Alvie may also have been born there around 1900. Parents names were Frank and Edith Horton. Any help is greatly appreciated.
