Billmyer Family History

I'm looking to make contact with anyone with the last name of Billmyer or who is connected to this family.

My mother’s maiden name was Billmeyer. I’ve been working on her family tree for the past 27 years. Other spellings of her surname are Billmyer/Billmyre/Billmire. They are variations of Bihlmeier.

Johann Leonhardt Bihlmeier (John Leonard Billmire) was born @ 1706 in Zweibrucken, Germany. He came to the colonies on 21 September 1731 on the ship Britannia with other Palatines. He married Anna Bart(h), also a Palatine, on 9 November 1736. They lived in Manheim Township, Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. John Leonard Billmire d. on or about 14 October 1772.

I’m willing to share my knowledge of this surname with you if you think there is a connection.
