A telegram arrived here fore part of this week from Grand Rapids stating that the wife of Alvin Kratz passed away on Sunday and that funeral would be held on Wednesday. The bereaved husband and children have the sympathy of the entire community.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows this was Wihelmine “Minnie” who was born March 28, 1885 and died March 30, 1918. She is buried in the Grand Rapids Cemetery, ND.
