Paul Thomas, one of the oldest settlers of this community, aged 102, died Sunday. Mr. Thomas has lived a long life of health and happiness and leaves to mourn him many relatives and friends.

Transcriber’s Note: His gravestone in Pleasant Hill Cemetery shows he was born Aug. 2, 1815 and died Dec. 23, 1917.
