Death of Former Chester Resident.
Horace R. Obert was born in Pennsylvania, October 6, 1851, and died June 17, 1915, in Kansas City, Mo., aged 63 years, 8 months and 11 days. He was an honorable man and a true friend and neighbor in the old home of his boyhood and early manhood at Chester, Iowa. He was an honest struggler in the battle of life, a man respected by everyone whose fortune it was to know him. His memory will live while his body returns to dust.
