Jacob Frank passed away Sunday night at the Fred Buri home in Cresco where he has made his home this winter. The funeral took place Tuesday afternoon at the German Lutheran church, in charge of the M. W. A.

FRANK.
Jacob Frank was born at Wiesweiler, Rhenish Prussia, Germany, August 15, 1845. In 1872 be emigrated to this country and has lived in this vicinity ever since. Being mentally unbalanced he was put under a guardian four years ago. He died at Mrs. Burri's, Saturday, February 27th, and was buried March 2nd at New Oregon, Rev. Pless officiating.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he was born Aug. 22, 1846 and died Feb. 28, 1915. These dates don’t agree with the above.
