Mr. and Mrs. James Kalla, residents of the first ward, mourn the death of a little son, aged about three years, who passed away Monday morning. The funeral was held Wednesday with interment in St. Joseph’s Cemetery.

Transcriber’s Note: Calvary Cresco Cemetery shows a Mildred Kala buried there who was born in Dec. 19, 1910 and died March 3, 1913. This doesn’t sound like a boy’s name but everything else seems to fit.
