GERBER.
Karl Rudolph Gerber was born Nov. 25, 1861, in the canton of Bern, Switzerland, where he grew to manhood. In March 1883 he emigrated to this country. September, 1890, he was united in wedlock with Anna Marie Hachen his surviving widow. This union was blessed with seven children. After a long and painful sickness he passed away the 21st of June. Interment was at New Oregon on Friday last. Rev. J. Pless conducting the services.
