Morris Thuerk, a former Cresco boy, and a son of Carl Thuerk, a resident of the first ward, was drowned on Sunday at Dodson, Montana, where he was engaged in the mercantile business. He leaves a wife and two children. The remains will be brought for interment to Spring Valley, Minn., near which place Mrs. Thuerk has relatives.

Transcriber’s Note: Find a Grave shows he is buried in the Spring Valley Cemetery and was born in 1875.
