TARALDSON.
Thomas Taraldson was born August 14, 1869, at Lime Springs, Iowa, where he grew to manhood. At about the age of fifteen he was confirmed in the Lutheran church, of which he continued a member. He was united in marriage to Margaret M. Moffett on December 24, 1902, at Hamilton, N. D., afterwards living at Dragston and Grafton, N. D. In July, 1911, in the hope of regaining health he moved to Minneapolis where he died at his home on Easter morning, April 7, 1912. Throughout his two years of failing health he never lost his cheerfulness. Even during the last winter when he was confined to his home spending most of the time sitting in his chair he would cheer up his many friends who came to sympathize with him, and in so doing preached an effective living sermon on Christian Patience and Cheerfulness. His wife, two daughters, father, two sisters, three brothers and a host of friends are left to mourn.
