Frank Zak, who lived between Lime Springe and Cresco died and was buried last Friday. The body was interred at Lourdes. Among those from abroad who were present at the funeral were: J. Lukes, John Humpal, John Shimek, John Hruska, Frank Novotny, John Zak; son of deceased, and Wencel Zak. brother, from Calmar, and Mrs. Joe Korbel. from Pine City, Minn.

Died--At the home of his son Frank Zak, Feb. 28th. Mr. Zak was an old settler near Maple Leaf where he ended his life, aged 69. He leaves 5 children, 3 daughters and 2 sons. Among those who attended his funeral were: Mrs. Krall of Chicago, Mrs. Korbel of Minn., John of Bluffton, Iowa, and his brother of Ft. Atkinson. The rest are residents near Maple Leaf which are Frank, and Mrs. J. Walker.
