This community was saddened by the sudden death of O. Baldwin that occurred last Friday morning at 3:20, having been sick but a few days. Mr. Baldwin was respected by all, having lived here from boyhood.

Mr. Hunchberger and sister, of Elgin, attended the funeral of their brother-in-law O. Baldwin, which was held at the M. E. church, May 22nd, Rev. Williams, of Lime Springs officiating.

Transcriber’s Note: His gravestone in Chester Hill Cemetery shows he was born September 7, 1850 and died May 20, 1910 – it also shows his name as Orange S.
