Mr. Bickford and daughter, Mrs. Viola Dieter, arrived last Sunday from Baraboo, Wis., to attend the funeral of their son and brother, Fred Bickford.

OBITUARY.
BICKFORD.
Fred Bickford was born January 13, 1867, in Jackson County, Iowa, and died Saturday, Feb. 20, 1909, aged 42 years 1 month and 7 days.
He came to Creseo{sp} in 1892, and on April 11, 1894, was married to Teresa McFarland. Five children were born to bless this union: Mildren who died in infancy aged 8 months and 3 days; Mamie Luretta, Stephen Arthur, Georgia Ruth and Edith Elizabeth who, with their mother and his father, one sister, Viola Dieter of Baraboo, Wis., and seven brothers remain to mourn their loss.
The funeral services took place from the Baptist church, Monday at 2 o’clock p. m. conducted by Rev. Hill, The W. O. W. had charge of the services at the grave. Interment was in New Oregon Cemetery.
