OBITUARY.
ROSE.
Willie C. Rose was born in New York City, July 16, 1894, and died Oct. 24, 1908, at Cresco, Iowa, after a long illness. He was brought to Lime Springs Iowa, Sept. 8, 1898, and taken into the home of Robert Rose, where he has since lived, a loved member of the family. He leaves, besides the family, three sisters in New York City to mourn his loss. Willie was a faithful member of the Congregational Sunday school and gave every promise of growing up into an earnest and useful man. The whole community sympathise with Mr. and Mrs. Rose in their affliction. The funeral was held at the home at 2:30 Monday Oct. 26, and was conducted by Rev. H. J. Hinman, after which the body was interred at Oak Lawn.
