SUDDEN DEATH--On Friday morning last, Jo. H. Goodrich, seemingly in usual health, and while prepareing to go down to his breakfast, fell on the floor in the office of the Webster House and died immediately. Probably heart disease or paralysis. The deceased was brother of Hon. H. A. Goodrich, and in his 49th year.
