Died From Her Burns.
Mrs. Marshall Gager and her two sons, Percy and Chas., of Minneapolis, were called to Cresco on a sad errand on last Friday evening, bringing with them for burial the remains of their daughter and sister, Ruth, who passed away on Wednesday as the result of injuries by burning.
On Aug. 23, she was burned about the lower limbs by the explosion of kerosene in a can from which she was pouring oil on a fire. She was taken to St. Barnabas hospital and was thought to be recovering until a short time before her death.
The deceased was born in Cresco on Sept. 6, 1892, and died Sept. 4, 1907, and was buried in Oak Lawn cemetery on the sixth, her fifteenth birthday.
The funeral services were held at the residence of Richard Wentworth, Rev. Hill officiating.
