Mr. Thomas Ryan, father of Mrs. P. A. Wanless and of Mrs. J. F. Hughes died recently while on a visit to his son William, near Grand Forks, and his funeral was at Harmony, Minn., yesterday. He was a remarkably honorable man and had been a resident there for some forty years or more.
