Mrs. Daniel Caswell, well remembered by the early settlers of the county as the landlady of the Caswell House at the Old town of Le Roy, and afterwards of the hotel burned in the present village of that name, died at Fergus Falls, Minn., Feb. 22, 1901; aged 74 years. Three sons survive her. Her remains were brought to LeRoy for interment, by the side of her husband.
