MR. ABRAM ALLEN, an old sellter of Howard county, after a lingering sickness of more than a year with bronchial consumption, died at his residence in Howard Center township on Wednesday, Feb. 24. He was buried the following Saturday in the Catholic burying ground at Vernon Springs. Mr. A. was an industrious, upright citizen. His age was probably not far from 45. He leaves a wife and 5 or 6 children to mourn the loss of a kind and loving husband and father.
