Mrs. L. H. Burns died at St. Luke’s hospital, Duluth, on Thursday, April 14th. Mrs. Burns was born in Boscobel, Wis, in 1861, and resided there until she moved with her husband to Lime Springs. From here they re-moved to Cass Lake, Minn., in 1899, where she resided to the time of her death. Less than three weeks before the end she was taken to Duluth to undergo an operation which at the time seemed to be successful. The funeral was held Saturday afternoon, April 16th, conducted by the members of the Eastern Star.—Lime Springs Sun.
