The notice of the death of Joseph Archer recalls that he was a former resident of this county owning and living on the farm now owned and occupied by Geo. Bartholomew. Deceased was a good citizen, a good neighbor and a man whose word could be depended upon implicitly. The PLAIN DEALER extends sympathy to those called upon to mourn.

DIED.
ARCHER—Joseph Archer, of Vernon, Oneida county, New York, died April 12, 1904, of Bright’s disease. Aged 69 years and 9 months.
