MILLER.
Clifford C. Miller, youngest son of Mr. and Mrs. C. H. Miller, was born in Cresco, Iowa, August 18, 1882, and died at Muscatine, Iowa, January 25. 1904, aged 21 years, 5 months and 7 days. May 6, 1902, at LaCrosse, Wis., he was married to Miss Anna R. Lynch.
He was educated in the Cresco Public schools, graduating with the class of 1901. He was always an apt pupil and this, with his uniform geniality and gentlemanly conduct, made him a warm friend of pupils and teachers alike.
The funeral was held Friday afternoon, the 28th, from the residence of his parents. Rev. J. B. Smith, assisted by Rev. John Gammons officiated. Rev. Smith’s text was Pg. 22:26:
”Your heart shall live forever.”
“Life is ever Lord of death
“Love can never lose its own.”
A quartette from the Baptist church choir sang the hymns.
The immediate family left to mourn his loss consists of his wife and little infant daughter, father and mother, two brothers and a sister, and the PLAIN DEALER joins with a host of friends in extending their sincere sympathy to the bereaved ones.
