M. M. Marsh who had been a prominent citizen of the county from its early settlement died at Lime Spring Sunday Jan. 4, 1903. He had rounded but his 89 year last Christmas. One of our most worthy and enterprising people, he merits a better announcement of his life than we have the data for.

Transcriber’s Note: Pleasant Hill Cemetery records show he is buried there and was born in 1813. His full name was Melvin Monroe Marsh.
