Daisy Crowell was born in Howard county, February 10, 1869. Attended school in Preston, Minnesota, also Cresco High school, and was one of the successful teachers of Howard county. She was married to W. ., Hardy, November 27th 1890, Three children were born to them, Vera, Roma, and Thelma.
Although not a member of any church, she led a christian life and was an exemplary wife and was a kind and devoted mother, and a patient sufferer, She died September 12, 1902.
The deceased leaves to mourn her loss besides her immediate family, her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ed. Crowell, two sisters, Mrs. Sthoenmeyer of St. Paul, Miss Della Crowell and brother Rob of Granger, Minn., besides a large circle of friends.
The funeral was from the family residence in Albion, Rev. J. B. Smith officiating.
