The body of Wm. Harris, who died at Independence, was brought here Saturday and on Monday was buried at Lourdes. Mr. Harris was an old settler here and well known. He had lived the life of a bachelor and accumulate{d} considerable wealth. He leaves a mother, brothers, sisters and numerous other relatives.—Elma Vidette.

Transcriber's Note: Cemetery records show he was born in 1848.
