Died.
GRAY—At his home in Cresco, Iowa, July 31, 1900, Thomas Franklin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Gray, aged 17 years and 7 months.
Thomas was a dear boy and loved by all who knew him. He was patient at home with the little ones, loving and kind with the older ones and ever thoughtful for the happiness of all around him. He has been a great sufferer since January. He was ready and willing to go.
Funeral services were conducted by Rev. Silke who delivered a very appropriate discourse. He was followed to his grave in New Oregon Cemetery by a large number of relatives and friends who expect to meet him on the Golden Shore.
