WEBSTER CITY – Lillian Miller, 68, Webster City, died Saturday, Jan. 19, 2002 at the Southfield Wellness Community.
A Mass of Christian Burial was held Wednesday, Jan. 23 at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church with Rev. John Flaherty as celebrant.
Burial will be in the Calvary Cemetery, Elma at a later date.
Visitation was one hour before the Mass at the church.
Arrangements were made with the Foster Funeral Home.
Lillian Mary Havlik was born Nov. 23, 1933, the daughter of Joseph and Emma (Ludwig) Havlik, on a farm east of Elma. She attended Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic School. On May 31, 1955, she married Gayle William Miller at Lourdes. The couple resided in New Hampton, Marshalltown and moved to Webster City in 1966. She was a homemaker. She was a member of St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church and the Webster City Moose Lodge #735. She has resided at Southfield since 1987.
Survivors include her husband, Gayle; three sons, Gayle Miller, Jr., Waterloo, Curtis (Lisa) Miller, Webster City and Dale Miller and his fiancee, Diana Vercande, Waterloo; two grandchildren; five brothers, Alphonse (Diane) Havlik, Rochester, MN, John (Mary) Havlik, Toddville, Raymond (Cathy) Havlik, Atkins, William Havlik, Atkins and Carl Havlik, Phoenix; one sister, Connie (Gary) Kuehn, Ionia and several nieces and nephews.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
