A telegram was received by Peter Dukelow Saturday evening that his brother Richard Dukelow had been killed by the cars that morning. It seems that he was going to Sioux Falls to participate in the welcome to president McKinley and the soldiers returning from the Philippines and was run over by an excursion train on the C. M. & St. Paul Ry. Mr. Dukelow took the first train Monday for Sioux Falls.
