We read a letter from Edwin Arnold stating that his little six year old boy that was killed by the cars was only a half a block from home and that he was crossing the track to a willow tree to get a branch to make a whistle. That he got over out of reach of the cow-catcher but the guard struck him on the head and that he was not much disfigured by the blow.
