Eileen Mae (Kach) Trouten age 78 of Cedar Falls, Iowa passed away peacefully on Sunday Nov. 19, 2017.

A graveside service will be held at a later date at the Kendallville-Eddy Cemetery in Kendallville, Iowa.

Eileen was the only child born to Percy and Margaret Kach on Oct. 12, 1939 in Cresco, Iowa. She attended and graduated from Crestwood High School, Cresco, Iowa. After graduation she worked at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.

On June 18, 1960 she was united in marriage to Jack Trouten in Cresco, Iowa, to this union two sons Michael and Brian were born. Jack and Eileen moved from Rochester, Minnesota to Illinois and worked at Park Ridge Hospital. In 1970 they moved to Cedar Falls, Iowa where she became an avid crafter, attending many craft shows for twenty five plus years.

Eileen loved having her sons close. She also enjoyed playing cards with family and trips to the casino.

Eileen is survived by her husband Jack and son Michael both of Cedar Falls, Iowa.

Eileen was preceded in death by her son Brian and her parents Percy and Margaret Kach.
