John F. Flemming, of Armstrong, Iowa, who came here to attend the funeral of his brother-in-law, Ed Byrnes, was a Winneshiek county boy. He is engaged in the machine trade and is dealing in grain. W. R. Flemming, a brother, is post master there, having three years to serve.
