Mrs. Wm. Woodward went to Lime Springs Wednesday on account of the death of a little child of her niece, Mrs. Richard Frost.

Transcriber’s Note: Pleasant Hill Cemetery records indicate Alvin was born January 26, 1896 and died February 23, 1897.

Died.
FROST—At Lime Springs, on Tuesday evening, Feb. 23, 1897, of penumonia,{sic} accompanied by spinal meningitis, Alvin, son of Richard and Mary Frost, aged one year and 29 days.
The funeral was held on Thursday afternoon from the M. E. church, Rev. H. J. Bowder officiating, assisted by a mixed quartette who rendered appropriate and sweet music, while the pastors address was full of sympathy, comfort and hope for the bereaved parents and friends. The interment was in Pleasant Hill cemetery. The sorrowing parents have the sincere sympathy of the PLAIN DEALER as well as of their many friends.
