Death of Mrs. M. D. Gue
Mrs. Maria Gue, for many years a resident of Forest City township and Lime Springs, passed away Friday, April 3rd, at her home in Austin, Minn., after a four months' illness, at the age of 87 years. She leaves six children, as follows: Charles of Chester, Horatio of Lime Springs, Frank of Eota, Iowa, Mrs. Alice Addison of Springfield, Mo., and Mrs. Cornelia Miles and Mrs. Grace Pugh of Austin, Minn. During her life, Mrs. Gue was a remarkable good busines{sic} woman, with a keen interest of affairs of the day.
The funeral was held on Saturday last and the remains taken to Lime Springs for interment.
