Paul Wheeler age 84, of Cresco died Thursday October 15, 2009, surrounded by all of his children.
Paul Virgil Wheeler was born November 7th, 1924 to Mary Ann (Crawford) Wheeler and Charles Edward Wheeler in New Oregon , Iowa. Paul was one of 11 children, his sister Mary Ellen Wheeler survives him.
Paul was married to Katherine Ellen Simmons in August 1965.

Paul is survived by children Deborah Hughes, Renee (Jim) Russett all of Frankville, Kim (Dennis) DeJager of Ventura, Lesia (John) Stuelke of Center Point, David Zimmer of Mable MN., and Michael (Teresa) Wheeler of Leesburg VA. Paul leaves 18 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.

Paul was preceded in death by his wife Katherine.

Cemetery:
Burial will be in New Oregon Cemetery.

Visitation:
Friends may call from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.

Service:
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, October 17, 2009 at 2:30 p.m at the Lindstrom Funeral Home in Cresco, IA.
