Died.

PARKHURST—At the home of his son-in-law, near Buxton, Washington county, Oregon, March 10th, 1896, Albon M. Parkhurst, in the 74th year of his age.

Albon M. Parkhurst was born at Ft. Covington, Franklin county New York, June 8, 1822. Was married to Miss C. D. Fulton, May 27, 1846. In 1856 they removed to Iowa, where they lived until September 1892, when his wife went to a brighter home. In 1895 he removed to Oregon making his home with his children, Mr. and Mrs. Lucas. He leaves two children to mourn his loss, Daniel J. Parkhurst of Sumner, Pierce county, Washington, and Mrs. J. T. Lucas of Buxton, Oregon.
